| On March 18, 2007, Allure Estates and Victor Hugo Winery co-hosted a wine-and-olive oil food pairing as part of the annual Zinfandel Festival of the Paso Robles Wine Appellation. The Victor Hugo Winery (victorhugowinery.com) located in Templeton, California is a boutique family winery owned and operated by Vic and Leslie Roberts producing limited runs of truly outstanding wines from their estate-grown grapes. Winemaker Vic Roberts was selected by his peers in the Paso Robles Wine Appellation as the “Wine-Maker of the Year” in 2005. |
